The NU Tracks Walking Challenge is a territory wide campaign designed to get individuals motivated and moving towards healthy, active living. The Campaign provides physical activity challenges, information, tools and resources to help Nunavummuit increase their physical activity levels.
WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?
Nu Tracks will challenge schools around Nunavut to walk from Iqaluit to the North Pole (2,930 km) during the month of April. As individuals work through the challenge, they will track their progress on the individual tracking sheet provided. Prizes will be awarded for a variety of different achievements,. The primary objective is to get as many students as possible involved and physically active!
Participating schools will all receive a participation banner to hang in their schools!
