The 2025 Recreation and Leadership Conference will bring together Recreation and Sport leaders from across Nunavut to network, collaborate and learn share best practices from their community and region, listen and learn innovative ways to navigate challenges through leadership development sessions, and identify grant and funding opportunities to help create healthy communities together.

RPAN annually hosts a Recreation and Sport Leader Conference to support the ongoing need for professional develop, certification and networking for the recreation and sport sector in Nunavut.
